At Oeuf, we want you to be completely satisfied with your sustainable fashion purchase. If your item isn't the perfect fit, we offer easy returns and exchanges within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Package Your Items

  Place the unwashed, unworn items with original tags attached into the original shipping box or a secure mailer.

• 3.
  Print and Attach Label

  Download your prepaid shipping label from the portal, print it out, and securely affix it to the outside of your package.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Leave your package at any authorized carrier location; you will receive a confirmation email once your refund has been processed.
